Your Instagram data stays on your computer

ReelsOrganiser reads your saved posts from Instagram using the account you're logged in to in your browser. Captions, thumbnails, the AI model's results and your collection plans are stored only in your browser on your computer. The sorting model runs on your computer. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. The only requests that involve your Instagram data go to Instagram itself, to read your saved posts and file them into collections when you ask.

The AI model download

The first time you sort, the extension downloads the open EmbeddingGemma model files from Hugging Face. That download sends no information about you or your posts.

Payments and licences

Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects your email address and payment details under Stripe's privacy policy. We never see your card details. To unlock the extension, it sends our licence server a random identifier created when you installed it and, if you enter one, your licence key. The server stores the identifier, a one-way fingerprint of your licence key, the Stripe reference for your payment and the dates your licence was used, so it can verify your purchase and enforce the device limit. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking.

Deleting your data

Settings → "Forget everything" in the extension, or removing the extension, deletes everything stored on your computer. To have your licence record deleted, email admin@haey.eu.
